Scope: Complete Interior Renovation of all 146 rooms of the Iconic and Legendary Sagamore Hotel in Miami Beach, FL.
The Scope of Work included tyhe incorporation of a new Lobby Bar, new meeting rooms, expansion and re-configuration
of the restaurant, expansion of the East deck bar, new ground deck and renovation of the pool, pool deck and pool bar.
Completed: Phase I completed 2019. Phase II to commence in Spring 2021.
