The design emphasizes low- to mid-rise volumes organized around generous landscape corridors, allowing natural ventilation, filtered light, and framed views toward the surrounding vegetation. The architectural language is clean and minimalist, balancing horizontal lines and light massing with deep overhangs and shaded terraces that respond to the intensity of the Caribbean sun. Materiality is grounded in local stone, textured stucco, wood accents, and expansive glass openings that dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior — a calm, contemporary enclave with a strong connection to nature.
